Yes, there is a diagnostic fee for the service call. The good news: if you choose to go ahead with the repair, that fee is applied directly to the cost of the repair — so you're not paying twice. We'll always quote you a flat price before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
Every repair comes with a 6-month warranty on both parts and labor. If the same issue comes back within that window, we come back out and make it right at no additional charge. We stand behind our work — that's not just a slogan, it's how we've built a 5.0-star reputation over 15 years in Durham.
